Where required, participants must obtain the appropriate U.S. visa or other lawful travel authorization before travel. The organizer does not guarantee visa approval or admission to the United States.

Clear terms for applicants before payment.
1. Application fee. The $15 USD fee is a one-time application/registration processing fee. Payment does not guarantee selection, admission, funding, accommodation, travel, or any other benefit.
2. Refund requests. Refund requests may be submitted in writing to the organizer using the official contact details published on this website. The organizer should state the applicable refund deadline and eligibility before accepting payments.
3. Organizer cancellation. If the event is cancelled by the organizer and no replacement event or alternative arrangement is accepted by the applicant, the organizer will process eligible application-fee refunds according to the final cancellation notice.
4. Selection outcome. Applicants who are not selected are not automatically entitled to a refund unless the organizer's final published terms specifically provide one.
5. Duplicate or erroneous payments. Verified duplicate payments or payments made in error may be reviewed for refund. Any applicable payment-provider fees may be treated according to the provider's rules and the final terms displayed at checkout.
6. Processing time. Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method where the payment provider supports this. 7. Final terms. The organizer should publish the final legal entity name, support email, refund deadline, privacy policy, terms of use, and applicable jurisdiction before live payment collection.
